Concrete

After prefinal walk with municipality and punch list is generated our R&R Crew will come in and repair all mark concrete in perfections. We include the haul off of all material to leave a excellent clean Finnish.

Sign offs

We will meet with all municipalities and discover what sign offs are needed to release the bond and work with them to generate their own punch list to complete to sign off jobs with inspectors and office personal.

Coordination

After punch list is generated we will coordinate with either our own or our clients subcontractors to preform work that is out side our realm of expertise and project manager the work to final complete and sign off. We may provide the subcontractors if needed.

Final Completion

Once all work has been completed from the punch list we will walk with a senior inspector and complete and final the project. We will push for the letter of release and send to our client as soon as received.
